Pros

This cooler is amazing! Their attention to quality and detail is the best in my opinion. Great cooler for the price.

This is my second cooler, my first is a 70 qt. It's heavier than the rtic soft cooler, but not nearly as heavy as my yeti 20. Also own a k2 rotomolded cooler and yeti soft sides.

Cons

Pelican claims to retain ice for 3 days. On friday afternoon, the ice was mostly melted. How people can keep things freezing cold for an entire camping trip is beyond me.

This cooler will leak, not water or air-tight due to a very poorly installed seal. Does not have integrated measuring board on lid (not a game changer) also, cooler is wobbly on a flat surface so one of the rubber pads on the bottom is not flush with ... Read More

Qt barely holds ice for a day. Only opened twice and ambient temperature in the low 70's. Much less than half the advertised insulation.

Dollar styrofoam gas station coolers are way better then this 160 dollar hunk of junk. Only really useful as a party bucket. The coleman has a larger capacity internally, not much bigger externally, and it is significantly lighter weight.

Yes, it's heavier than the rtic soft cooler, but not nearly as heavy as my yeti 20.

We opted for pelican over yeti bc of other reviews and a slightly lower price point.
