Pros & Cons
Pros
Pelican makes the best flashlight i've ever used i'm new to this model but have had many pelican lights. Great light and easy to use. Good bright enough car/truck backup lite. Only downside is it's battery use.
U need to apply light for it to glow like most. It starts to glow at the first dimming of light. As you can see in the photo, it glows brightly. I used it as a temporary headlight when i needed to get my car repaired.
It is very well made, with the usual pelican ruggedness and waterproofing. It’s incredibly well-made with a hard waterproof exterior. It's completely water resistant, feels like rubber but is some hard polymer.
Cons
Cracks developed near the bulb. Warranty is a scam. Very disappointing especially for a pelican brand.

I kid you not, this thing seems like it runs on magic because the body dimly but usefully glows non.
