The pelican is very stable, easy to set up and use. My only gripe (besides the instructions) is the rudder handle.

Kids can even work it easily, although, a 6 year old isn't big enough to pedal even with the pedals adjusted all the way.

Shipping
Now the kayak itself (once the shipping issues are corrected) is great.
Right up front let me say shipping to the usa is an issue.
Packaging/appearance
Pelican does make it right, it is just all the hassle.
Competitiveness
I even have a bixpy j2 motor when i need it for assist.
Much better than i thought it would be for being the most inexpensive on the market.
It will take 1ft waves head on and wash right off the back.

Inflatable one edition i bought as my camping trailer needs more storage at times albeit the item is mostly inflated during the springsummer months

I would have truly missed the inflatable side as that is totally why i first went to them but saving money would have been nice
