Pros
Not ultralight but tough enough to worry a lot less. Comes with a grab handle on the bottom for easy removal of tightly packed items. Not too big and perfect to put in kayak between legs and put keys,cel or snacks. One issue is the clasp.
Works as advertised. Great price and fast shipping. Two thumbs up.

This bag was flexible, outside nylon was sturdy and the inside lining was great.
It’s a great size for stashing things and gear that you want to protect from water or dust or anything else for that matter.
This got fully submerged in water and the contents inside stayed dry.
I haven’t been disappointed much, if any, by anything pelican has made.

I wanted some extra protection for my mac as i commute by foot and where i live rains a lot

I had an issue in the past where the laptop sleeve became soaked luckily the laptop was ok and i didn’t want that to happen again
