Pros
The countdown feature is great for timing business meetings and consultations. The countdowns can be set on the remote rather easily. The other function that i enjoy is the 'circuit training' mode.

This has a handy remote suitable for if you want to hang this on your wall, but can also be set up on a bench. Remote is a bonus to control it from a distance.
Cons
The only way it will turn off is with the remote. Not included is the two aaa batteries the remote needs.

It’s a major quality of life and really allowed me to just concentrate on what i was doing.
The settings are easy to use with the large down / up buttons.

Tried so many different aaa batteries brand new but apparently the remote likes a specific kind so maybe keep that in mind — have different brand of batteries

I charged the clock up and once the blinking thunderbolt icon stayed solid thought it was good to go… the remote just didn’t function

It was a simple set stretch wait and if ever curious on the time left simply just looked up

What i dont love about it the remote connection is finicky sometimes so you have to be relatively close to the clock
