I finally figured out that the light on the front of this thing despite looking not all that bright will immediately burn your vision for about 15 minutes

Eventually the heat made the metal cave in until the fan rubbed against the frame but i used it until it stopped working

The frame is plastic the fan is probably also plastic

If you are looking for quiet though these are not for you due to the sound of the fan
