Pros & Cons
Pros
Fan has memory so it will turn on to the fan speed you had when you turned it off. Natural breeze mode is a noisier natural breeze mode.
Strong output, high-speed velocity, and wide-angle oscillation make it ideal for our larger rooms. I prefer this fan over my two tower fans because they're just so much shorter and really blowing a lot of air at my knees and below.
Star rating. Makes my eyes water on the speed 5. Along with a 8 hour sleep timer. When my husband comes to bed he puts it on 4 so it wakes me up.
Cons
They both do this weird thing where the fan speed randomly increases until maxed out by itself. Remote control is not responsive, you have to be pretty up close and direct to it. The blades still turn but you don’t feel anything.
Fan goes from being a quiet breeze on 2 to being a gale wind at 3. Loved this fan at first. Although its a strong air flow at higher settings it's very noisy.
The fan base could not be assembled. It now falls apart every few months and has to be reassembled. The second leans very badly but thankfully never tipped over. There was some rattling with the pole at the base.
Highlights
Quality
Sturdy easily put together and so many speeds .
Love this fan its sturdy great quality very quiet.
Nope, best fan i ever purchased, many speeds, heavy base and you don't hear it run.
I have a love-hate relationship with this fan lolthe remote is *terrible* 0/10 needs to be redesigned.
Price
I absolutely didn’t want to pay this much for a fan but after ordering a cheaper one and it being junk i went with this one.
I think its pretty decent for the price, even if it was a massive pain in the 🍑 to assemble & there are some design flaws here ... Read More

On very hot days, the old 16" pelonis just wasn't strong enough to do the job.
Competitiveness
The only 18" fan with a dc motor i could find on amazon was a lasko, which has terrible reviews, and there's also a costway 18"... Read More
I purchased this to replace a fan that quit, so i was looking for a different brand.
After thoroughly comparing all 3 fans, i advise to go with this pelonis.

Doesn’t make beeping noise when you increase speed by rolling the circle

It does beep loud if you turn it on or off so for my kids sleeping i would turn it on before they fall asleep for white noise and then turn it very low instead of off so it doesn’t wake kids up

The remote does beep loudly but since i am the only one there and usually already awake when operating it it doesnt bother me

However it would be better if they had the option with no beep for when others are sleeping

Even on low it pushes so much air around you really dont need to go up in speed
