Pros

It's not greasy, no overpower smell, good balance of menthol and doesn't burn. It absorbs quickly. Does not irritate my skin and no greasy after use.

It helps my wrist and it allows me to give it a big, arthritic thumbs-up. Used on my wrists and hands for arthritis and my neck for muscle pain. Always looking for something that will increase the effectiveness of scripts.

The cream comes out of the tube smoothly.

The relieving results are in minutes! Feels so good on sore muscles. Relieved my muscle pain quickly.

Cons

My complaint is it says the product is eligible for return but when i tried to submit for return, it refused me. This is not even close to the penetrex cream that i use daily. It is not very effective in providing arthritis pain relief.
