Ok the pump motor works as it should

The problem comes in the fact that this motor is attached to a pool pump assembly

Well in taking the old bolts out to replace the old motor the female nut section breaks loose from the fiberglass pump assembly

It is impossible to properly reattach the motor to the pump assembly when this has happened

The original and first replacement motors did not have visible windings when viewed from the rear

Upon further research it looks like now these types of motors are commonly installed out in the weather
