Pros

Product is an exact fit for my original pentair sand dollar valve. Comes with all needed parts with the exception of male adapters. Includes pressure gauge, o-ring, and clamp is handy.

Easy to install. No need to replumb anything if your system has connectors already or as i call them quick disconnects. Now that it is installed, it smoothly operates when switch from filter, backwash, rinse.

Cons

Not seller but pentair really needs to correct this issue asap. Will be sending back for refund. Stay away.

Fit my unit exactly even though was a different model but a little pricey

The pool shop wanted almost double the price.

Shipping

Came earlier then expected which was awesome.

I received it in three days i was able to get my pool going quicker than expected.

Amazon will allow me to return the clamp without having to pay return shipping fee.

Within an hour or so of placing my order, the item had already shipped and was received within three days!

Competitiveness

After trying another brand this fit perfect.

The other brand would not fit in the the value adapter.

Instead, use plumbers pipe sealant, available at most local hardware stores.
