Pros

Turn the handle anti clock wise in between two notches at around 11 o' clock position. My only complaint is that you have to install the decal that goes under the handle.

Easy rotation, no issues with the gasket and a much better price than the local pool stores. A 15 minute repair and no more leaking from top of valve handle. Stopped a slow leak through my backwash hose.

Cons

The bolt hole pattern is misaligned from the valve position settings. The internal spider gasket has been replaced on both units. It is also nicked and marred in several places.

The existing top valve in my pool multiport valve is close to 20 years old and the spring loaded mechanism just doesn't work anymore.

The old valve was almost completely stuck as the internal spring mechanism wouldn't budge.

Price

Four stars because of high price for what is a piece of plastic with a metal spring.

Good price, prompt delivery and quality product

Price of whole unit is not bad but individual parts cost mount up!

Whole job cost less than $120 in parts and did the work in about 20-30 minutes (plus a little time for the rtv silicone to dry).

I ordered this and amazon shipped super fast as usual and i installed it in 5 minutes.

Quick shipping and it was the correct part.

Competitiveness

I replaced a few of the nuts and bolts with equivalent stainless steel ones from a local diy store and the job was a complete success.
