Packaging/appearance

Since there was no damage to the outside of the box, this had to be done at the manufacturer during packaging.

The packaging was doa but the pump didn't have a scratch on it ;)i had the new pump installed in probably just about an hour.

Competitiveness

It was super easy to install and it's running like a champ.

It took ten years and three capacitors for the old 2hp pentair to die, but it was much quieter.

My husband purchased this for a 23,000 gal pool replacing a 15 year old stay-rite with relative ease.
