They are very durable with very few moving parts to breakdown or changeout.
The pine needles would constantly get wrapped around the internal wheel mechanism causing it to jam up and quit working.
Only problem-in less than a year the rubber started disintegrating -😕 sent an email to seller waiting to hear from them!

Buying this on amazon was very easy, and we saved almost $200 over the price at our local pool supply stores - pretty amazing!
And, it's cheaper then the old version, bonus!
This thing is crazy expensive for a chunk of plastic.
You don't save any money by buying a cheaper product!

My first cleaner was a kreepy krauly but for some reason we switched to different brand/model which did not work.
We'll see how well it holds up compared to its 2 predecessors.

It was a bit difficult to assemble those newstyle wings and even after i thought i had them properly attached one fell off after i put it into service
