Pros

Easy to install sta-rite heater. Quick and economical purchasing is important.

Low carbon stainless and well potted. Replaced the temp sensor. Reads correct pool water temp. But is it identical replacement for original that failed in saltwater pool?

Used an adjustable wrench to remove the old unit and replaced it with new one. Takes about 20 minutes to replace. Requires a long flat edge screwdriver, small pliers or small wrench. The sensor is located next to the water inlet manifold.
