The brush tips are nylon i think and seem well made.
Absolutely top quality water brushes, they dont leak, soft and dense, laying paint perfectly
I think the pentel's are the originals as they are much copied but beware cheap copies that might leak.
I tried some cheaper alternatives and they were really hard to use and kept leaking everywhere.

Fast delivery, i'm new to watercolours and these water brushes were a great place to start to experiment with colours in my travel journal.

No buttons needed to be pressed whilst concentrating on the paint therefore just a gentle squeeze to the reservoir to release the water
