Pros

Watercolor newbies need all the help they can get. They hold a decent amount of water and pick-up and hold on to pigment easily. They have an even water flow and easy to squeeze.

Be playful, see how colors blend. Cleaning paints to go from one color to another is a breeze, just squeeze & wipe til brush is clean. The trick is to squeeze gently while you wipe the tip on a paper towel or a rag to clean it.

Cons

This is falsely advertised as the pentel brushes but beware because they are certainly not. This item ships directly from seller in china and is a cheap generic version of brushes. Was packaged with chinese or japanese writing.

They leak like mad. More comes out of the side where the head screws on than comes out to the brush tip. It's leaky and it's poor quality. The small brush is leaking, i really love the other 2 that dont have any problem.
