Pros
It naturally empties faster than traditional ballpoints. Barrel is thin, but also makes these easy to tuck away. Great fine point, doesn't smear like thicker pens.
Cons
The nibs are not 0. This creates problem with smoothness and ink flow. My mechanical pencils aren't even that thin. The amount of ink that comes out is light.
Do not trust the glowing reviews made by hasty reviewers. Sure, there are duds among them like there are with many mass-produced products. Get the pentel hybrid instead with a. It’s so much more dependable than this *.
Highlights
Quality
They are very, very fine, so you have to plan your drawing to account for that, but the line quality is amazing.
I am a pen fanatic, my handwriting quality changes with the pen tip size, consistent ink delivery to paper and feel/weight of the pen.
I've added pictures of comparison between the two pens in this review along with the other thin (and not so) that i have on hand.

The only reason i give it a 4-star for value is because i think it's a little too expensive.

This jetstream edge is too expensive and doesnt seem to perform that much better in comparison to the pentel slicci to make up for the cost

Sometimes the ink on the jetstream edge doesnt appear and simply scratches the paper it seems sensitive to slight debris on the paper like when i erase from a frixion pen and attempt to write over it whereas the pentel slicci doesnt have the same issue

Unfortunately this pen is not a smooth writer if you tend to write fast

Closest place i was able to locate these pens was at hobby lobby but only in the multi colored pack of 8 slicci pens for 38

Long story slightly less long i found an old pen in storage and tracked down these pens suspecting they were rebranded

Got these to write in my bible and they work fine for that but the ink colors are very faint
