Pros

The pen is sharp enough to fill in blanks. The retractable tip makes it easy to write with.

Cons

They pool ink at the top of the needle/bottom of the pen barrel before the protective tip is even taken off. They seem to disappear from my desk. Thank god it's not my stapler.
