As a former leo the new scam is mailbox thieves taking your outgoing mail ouj of your box opening it and removing checks that you wrote for your monthly bills they then wash your check in acetone and it removes all the ink that you wrote they then fillout the check to a bogus person in the amount that they want and bam you are officially scammed by these outstading individuals
