Shipping
Shipping was so fast (less than a week) even though i’m not a prime member.
Now if the delivery person could actually get my package to my front door instead of leaving it out on my driveway that would be nice!
Packaging/appearance
Came in a very nice box and was purchased at a around $1/per thanks to a sale.
These are my favorite pens, was happy to have found a multi colored pack here on amazon.
The pink and green came in the box without the inner springs inside the pen.
Exactly what i was looking for, except the amount that's in the box would probably last me a life time
Competitiveness
Staples better adjust their business model or they will be another department store absorbed by amazon.
Until i find a better pen the pentel energel will be my go-to.

Dont forget to click them closed before storing them the ink gel will stain any fabric they are touching
