This is the pen i keep in my purse. As a lefty, it is nearly impossible to find a pen that doesn't leave ink on my left hand as i write.
The ink flows smoothly and cleanly, drying very quickly. No smear and great for legal documents or professional paperwork.
The pushpin top metal barrel body seems to be the closest they can get to it. The twist mechanism is smooth (more so than the pelikan ineo elements) but does not have as much of a stop when retracting so that until you get used to it you may start to ... Read More
It comes with a black, medium line cartridge. They also come in different colors, and in a needle tip version. I use this pen (mine is brown) with sharpie blue gel refills. This and some refills and you are good.
Cons

The nail in the coffin is the ink cartridges leak like crazy. Thought maybe it was damaged, shipping or packaging or in the warehouse. Leaked ink was gone, replaced the cartridge with a fresh one.
