Pros
The pencils have an indicator window and both were set to 'hb'. In all honesty, the pencil is really good and comfortable.
The quality is top-notch. It has nice heft (weight) and is easy to manipulate. The mechanism is a snap and the hardware is installed cleanly.
Cons
Pentel's pencil is made of a thin and brittle plastic tube. The threaded portion of the grip portion is still broken off inside so this cannot even be repaired. Once this breaks the tip falls off.
When it works, it's great. But it jams all the time. Very frustrating. Damaged in shipping.

When i was writing my friend knocked it out of my hand and it fell to the floor where i found the tip bent i tried to bandit back by pushing it against the table but it has never been truly straitpentel plz send the part for that it just screws on and i know you dont have to but it would be super cool if you would

I’ve used carpenter pencils cheap and expensive mechanical pencils and old fashion lead pencils…all have a tendency to break lead or make wide lead marks on wood
