Pros

The refills are a snap to replace-no complications at all. The only draw back is that if the ink gets water on it, it will run and fade. Love my ink pen.

Love the ink. Perfect combo. Buy refills regularly. Just makes life a little nicer. These refills are just as good as the original ink cartridge.

Cons

The tip on this first one leaks around the connection to the barrel so the writing end of my waterman pen body is getting inked up. They stop writing after a few uses. I'm a server and let me just say blue fingers doesn't help tips.

The packaging, and content i received are not as shown. I really hope it's just a dud box and that they didn't change something. Trying to contact customer service now for a refund.

The tip cannot be reinserted, thus, this is nothing but trash! The tip protector is too tight to the pen tip and the tip comes out of the refill when removing the cylindrical tip protector. About half a cartridge worth of ink out of these will run out... Read More

They are cheap and apparently long lasting; they produce a strong line, and they don't smear.

Discovering this good value in gel ink refills was a real find for me.

The in store refills were pricey, but these are a real bargain and work just as well.

Then it had another large box about 10x the size needed, and then more packaging.

The box said lilac, the individual packages said lilac but the ink was blue.
