Pros

The quality is close to being very good (parts of the pen feel plasticy). The pencil has a smooth click-advance motion.

The cap snaps on so it doesn't fall off on either end. The cap fits snugly on the top of the pencil. Ergonomic with a top button to advance the lead.

Cons

Can't believe all the gushing reviews of this pencil. It's not great. Stick with the graph gear series.

Price

I knocked off a star due to price-to-value ratio.

Had the price of the pen been $10 or less, i would have given it 5-stars.

Bottom line: wait for the price to drop, then grab it!

Sadly, the eraser refills for these pencils are no longer being marketed.

Seems to be the exact same as my old pentel 5 which i think i bought in the late 70's or early 80's.
