Pros
These are the best mechanical pencils for everyday use and school use. My kids keep losing theirs at school, but i got to have them on hand. Great deal on these pencils.
Only downside is that the cap comes off to reload lead, but doesn't lock in place. The twist eraser is fantastic, it's the best i've ever used. Eraser is durable and erases cleanly without smearing or making a mess.
These have a decent heft and balance with a rubber cushion that's the right softness. The ergonomics of the grip is also decent. They are refillable as well.
The gt has a bigger grip and the metal tip can be moved into the end of the pencil. It is the best automatic pencil i have ever owned.
Cons
The lead just suddenly goes back into to pencil. The whole pen itself falls apart at the center seam.

The tip does not retract on this model which may be a disadvantage but ive found that the retractable ones waste a lot of lead at the end of each piece

I dont know what is wrong with the people at pentel they have the greatest eraser material in the universe in their clic eraser and they use it in some of their mechanical pencils but not this one for some crazy reason

Instead this one uses a material that is more like the old pink erasers on wood pencils

However they lack the heft and solid feel of the original twist erase pencils so the feel in the hand for me at least just isnt quite as good
