Pleased with the purchase. Just as described. Very pleased.
Egg-shaped squeeze balls for exercise therapy or stress relief. Just the right size and elasticity to be effective.
They range from soft to hard, thereby assisting with progressing stretch and grip. Having something to grip very tightly when i am woken by a spasm really helps. I wish the soft one was even softer as still fairly firm compared to other brands.
Cons
Advertised as a set of 3. Would have chosen a different set. Cos the yellow and red are pretty much the same. I have a medium (glove) size hand and it doesn't cover all the fingers and thumb in one go.

One note the product information on amazon from the manufacturer has pictures of different exercises whereas there was no instructions in the pack when it arrived
