Fit comfortably in your hand. Sturdy and with my tiny hand a excellent fit. I'm 5'4 and my hand is 7 from tip of middle finger to wrist.
The product description states black is the hardest, but here’s the accurate description of squish the purple is the squishiest. These are very comfortable to squeeze.
