Pros
The therabars are very easy to use and durable. The varied resistances are especially good for different exercises which might be more doable/useful at different resistance levels. Lighter means lower resistance and darker means higher.
Green is just a floppy boy but the blue and black are great. I find myself idly picking up and bending the 25-pound stick in a strongman-bends-metal-bar fidget while reading my computer screen.

But theyre not comfortable for twisting which is something that you can apparently do with them as indicated in one of the product photos
