Pros

These are washable and reusable. They get nice and cold in the freezer.

These ice packs are not only comfortable but they have multiple uses besides just the groin area. Lictin perineal ice and heat therapy can be used to help with postpartum pain and to soothe pelvic floor dysfunction.

Perfect for post partum. Would recommend to any new mom. Whoever though if this is a genius.
