Pros

This has my seal of approval. It works smoothly. It saves a ton of space. This not only is the best bang for your buck but also the best i have purchased.

Cons

The tilt-lock knob is a joke and won't tighten enough to hold the tv upright. When i move the tv side to side the hinges makes the tv lean forward even though i have it tightened all the way. Tv tilts to the left when extended a few inches.

The arm visibly bends down when deploying the tv away from the wall. I'm fearful it may snap as the leveling bolt snapped on me.

No way can this thing handle 130lbs. Required a metal bolt to stop it from lunging forward.

Saved over $100 with nearly same product found at big warehouse discount store.

Everything was meticulously packaged and the instructions were excellent.

Instructions were clear, product was well packaged, and sturdy.

Competitiveness

It's cheaper than most other brands but the installation and ease of operation is truly worth the price for this brand.
