Pros

Overall, i'm completely satisfied with how it turned out. The flexibility of this product makes getting at the cords and connections behind the tv convenient and safe. Used it with a small tv in my garage and had it up in under ten minutes.

get a ratcheting socket wrench for the installation into the stud. Mounts to a stud inside the wall with small lag bolts, very secure.

Great fit to the back of my lg 43un700-b monitor and hangs it nicely on the wall. In my office, always had to view tv from a 60 deg. I have a 52 and it works great with it.

Easy to install and very moveable. Arrived quickly and installed easily by myself.

Cons

As a cheap knock off to a peerless mount. Do not install with kids in the house.

Extremely hard to move around and only flattens to the one side.
