This mount is incredible. No regrets. Recommend it to anyone with a big screen tv. I highly recommend this, if anything changes in the future, i will amend this review to reflect….
This mount offers the flexibility to pull out to face us when we're sitting at our fire pit or laying on our chaise lounger. Nice mount, does seems to tolt downwards and nit stay upright.
Cons
As soon as you add any kind of weight to it it leans. The system’s mechanics are very stiff making range of motion impossible.

Absolutely great range of motion feels very sturdy not even a slight bounce.
Main parts find but missing hex screws & wasters when got new ones at ace hardware.
Total time for installation less then an hour.

Better price than most and still a great product
I will admit i was skeptical at first because i have tried mounts 4 times the price but i’m very happy with this.
First let me say that i don’t think you can do better than this for the price.
Its not super heavy duty but overall im pleased, if you want better spend 200$ more.
Competitiveness
If you're used to putting ikea furniture together, you shouldn't have too hard of a time installing this.

My concern was that maybe it would not extend far enough for the tv to fit diagonally across the corner but my concerns were unfounded
