Pros

You have any option of attaching it to the stand that the tv is on. It is adjustable and seems to do the job intended for it. Needed a safety strap for a massive leaning mirror.

Only downside is that they don't tighten up easily, but then i am also not strapping it down against a high wind, so we're okay. The material used is metal on the ends connected to tightly woven fabric, similar to straps used to hang hammocks.
