Black paint was chipped in the few spots, and the bolts that were already installed on the mount were scratched. There are evidenced of dry wall dust, screw. Scratched. Issued a refund.
Product says it can bear about a 130lbs tv. My tv is 45 lbs, yet the bearings themselves would sag. In my opinion it is too flimsy for a 65 in tv. When setting the tv to an angle they begin to squeak and crack.

I had to reinforce the wall to hold the weight when extended due to the leverage of the tv weight

Initially it seemed simple but it turned out that the instruction manual indicates a slightly different hole size needed for the screws which are not going in properly

Im worried about cracking the wood so its currently about one inch out from the wall
