Sturdy, sturdy, sturdy. Maybe that's where the folks that left negative reviews erred? Negatives:1) um. But very sturdy. Excellent flexibility and rigidity.
Cons
The mount plate is not very wide and leaves milimeters on either side after my 55 lg is mounted with its standard manufacturer screw holes. Faulty product.

No nonsense just hang on the wall with lag bolts put the arms in the tv hang and adjust

The only issue i had which really wasn’t the fault of the bracket was that i wanted to turn it almost 90 degrees from the wall where i had mounted it
