Pros
Follow the instructions and easy peasy with very minimal tools. The screw they provide is for concrete. One stud install is an excellent and easy way of mounting.
It's nice and sturdy. Range of motion is limited but our tv is the max size for this model. Holds my 60 inch tv no problem even though its rated for up to 55.
Cons

It fits great, offers many angle adjustments, was easy to install on both the tv and wall and is very solid.
No issues with this, used it for an older 43" tv in a bedroom and had to drill into cement.
