Quality
It looks much better than it did and i am very pleased with the product.
Followed directions, i was very impressed with the results.
One hole was more or less vertical even with the seat fully reclined could not use screen effectively i improvised with good results.
I would also agree with the reviewer that says the color is hard to match.
Packaging/appearance
Took 1 star away because the screen step did not work at all.
Good color mixing is key, as well as really pressing the color fibers into the glue.
After the glue step when you put the fibers into the hole press it down into the glue and then add more fibers.
Competitiveness
As my repair was on the headliner, i followed another’s method of using a q-tip to place the sifted fabric pieces in place.
Anyone that rates it less than average needs to rethink your review.

I wont buy the permatex fabric repair kit carpet repair kit again yes its true i ordered it twice but it was a mistake so i was willing to give it another try but with the same disappointing results

I purchased this kit after a local auto trim and repair shop said the puncture hole could not be fixed and the headliner would have to be replaced
