Yamaha says after replacing seals i should hold 10psi for 10 seconds. Holds gasket to the valve cover for an easier installation. Being a licensed aircraft technician for more that 40 yrs.

Once it’s in place it is extremely water proof and fuel proof and oil proof.

Took the carb off to clean it all up and the o-ring/gasket in the float bowl broke.

You could still find the odd can for -$50, but c’mon, it’s a can of sealant.
