Pros

Pimples that have popped and are looking red and inflamed are treated with this cream. It layers well under a gel moisturizer and sunscreen in the morning.

Perrigo brand of bp gel 5% is the standard product pharmacies dispense. It costs more, but it's not insane (as is roche-posay). It's worth the moderate expense. The strength is right.
