Cons

I understand why it can’t be returned but it was very unsatisfying that it did not work as expected. Seller has no commense lol. Very disappointed but already spent the money and probably not enough time before christmas to get a refund and do over.

It turns brown not white (like the picture) when hot/boiled water is added. I wish the instructions i had follow at the beginning of purchasing this product told me to keep the photos in smaller sizes rather than enlarging it on the mug.

I love this cup so much the picture quality is way more than 5 ★'s, and delivery was so quick i wasn't expectung it so soon.

The quality was amazing but it was a little bit smaller than expected.
