Since it is summertime as of this writing, i sometimes hang the feeder up to dry outside. Of your dog is this definitely could rub their nose raw but take it away after you figure the treats are gone and have no problem.

My dog is obsessed with this. All of my dogs love this new addition to the routine.

Cons

The puppy is 4 months old and within 15 minutes he chewed through the casing that holds the cord that closes the product. The material is not durable and way to light for her to play with it.
