It has a coarser side and a finer side so its great to start with the coarse side to get the thick mats then flip over to finish it off

Ten minutes after receiving this rake i had his coat almost back to normal i only stopped as he was giving me the angry face

The cats i watch have really bad matting and i wanted to see if i could get some of it out but it did not work so well
