Pros

Support line is better than any other i have seen on the offshore made products. Works effortlessly and perfectly with full range of intuitive options. The app is so easy to use and it's saved me from a crying kitty every morning at 5am.

Cons

Scanning the qr code did not take me to a video or any set up info. The app has very broken english but the instruction manual was well edited. Not worth the hassle.

The sweeper arm is too high to catch smaller pellets. Smallest portion is 1/10 cup. This is a big problem not wanting my pet to get obese.

Easy to program with the included app and has worked faithfully with no issues or missed feeding times

It have definitely stopped majority of the begging and stopped the frantic sprints to the to bowl when the food drops

Night after night the raccoons have attempted to get to the container behind it and they cannot

Price

I bought two of these specifically for that reason so a waste of money for me

For the price and the features its a no brainer

I put it off for the last 2 years because i thought it would be more expensive than it actually was

I took the box that it came in and cut a small opening so that it fit over the base
