Litter waste bin i use pea husk litter which works with the red grate just fine

I will point out that alternative litters like the pea husk tofu or wood chip ones will fill the waste bin faster due to the way they clump

If you use the standard sand which has more compact clumps i have found that the bin will in fact last 15 days for one cat if the bin bag is put in properly
