Pros
The app allows you to schedule up to 10 meals per day, allowing you to customize your cat's feeding routine. The feeder's portion control feature ensures that he receives the right amount of food at each meal. Button manual feeding also works.
It’s a decent product. The pros- large capacity for food. Far less expensive than most other feeders. Strongly recommend your own 2.
Cons
First of all, the lid was scratched. When trying to log into this site with the same login used for the app, your login fails. Scanning the qr code did not take me to a video or any set up info.
Smallest portion is 1/10 cup. This is tedious with scrolling wheels for times for each feeding. Minimal instructions. Not liking this feeding device at all.
Petkit puramax bags, litter, filters, airfreshers are all overpriced. The app is absolutely worthless. They try to trick you into downloading a shopping app.

Easy to program with the included app and has worked faithfully with no issues or missed feeding times.
I have had a couple of models this one is sleek and easy to clean also gave me more portion control than others.
It is unusable without an usb / 120 volt adapter.
Night after night the raccoons have attempted to get to the container behind it and they cannot.

I love this feeder it works great was a great price love the color easy to set up
I bought two of these specifically for that reason, so a waste of money for me.
I put it off for the last 2 years because i thought it would be more expensive than it actually was.
Shipping
The first time they dispensed food i got a “low food level” message even though they were full.
It arrived the night before our trip and i set it up, tested it a few times and went on my trip.
Packaging/appearance
I took the box that it came in and cut a small opening so that it fit over the base.
As for my cats, they seem to approve of the box 😁

This came with a usb cable and i assumed it would have a power supply to plug in to a 120 volt outlet as my other one did

Overall seems good easy to set up but disappointed it wasnt ready to use out of the box like the last one without buying an adapter

I bought silica gel packets and put 4 of those in the little keeper part and once they feel heavier you can just bake to reset them
