The odor control is excellent; you can control how often the fragrance is sprayed and how often the litter is automatically cycled.
Easy to put together, easy to clean, easy to set the app up.
The 2 plastic end pieces completely broke off from the main unit when attempting to take out the one that comes installed with the unit.
Set up was initially daunting for me as i hate reading manuals lol but it only took 7min after i stopped being lazy.
Price
Yes, it’s expensive but so far, worth every penny.
I wanted a litter robot without the price tag and this is essentially it.
This is one thing that you get what you pay for.
Shipping
Update: they sent me a brand new internal roller which remedied the situation fairly quickly and without having to return the entire thing.
Packaging/appearance
I was one of those that scoffed at those that claimed that having an automatically scooping cat box was worth the money until i had one.
It’s just packed in a protective manner which i appreciate.
Unpacking it and setting it up is easy!
Competitiveness
We have a litter robot 4 and this, and this petkit box has given me less app errors than the litter robot.

Mine is about 14 pounds and i feel like anything 16 pounds or more may have a hard time getting in and out

It also has kitten mode where you have to manually cycle it every time in case you have a cat that is too small to register the weight sensor
