It keeps the stink down so much and we didn’t buy any of the sprays or filters.
Shipping
I contacted customer service and the rep replied very quickly, to their credit.
They took to it quickly, and they love to watch it cycle clean.
Couldn’t get it to lay flat at all because it was bent from shipping.
Quickly sent it back and the company issued a return no questions asked.
Packaging/appearance
The package has a scan code that takes you to a video on how to install which was easy to do.
Competitiveness
The combination of #1 & #4 is highly undesireable, making the puramax useless.
Which is why i thought the puramax n50, was the puramax n50 set, instead of puramax n50 model (incompatible with spray).

This litter box isn’t all that big not bigger than the xl litter box i had in its place before

There were some updates to make the litter box more leakproof at some point and this came with those extra tape and such in the drum

The litter mat is also different it scoops around the front in a u shape so none goes under
