Sound quality is awesome and the nite vision is absolutely amazing.
Very nice quality with virtually everything needed, built in.
Within a couple months the voice recorded message stopped working and now it sounds all distorted and scratchy whenever it goes off.
It was great, easy to program and worked well, but after almost two years it isn’t working and makes a terrible beeping sound.
Price
They run for about $20 for a pack of 6.
Downside, you can either pay for a subscription to store videos and images, or buy an sd card.
It is a bit overpriced but it's also peace of mind when it works properly.
For the price of the product i feel you should not have that issue.
Packaging/appearance
Easy set up from unpacking and attaching the double feeder.
* looks nice and modern, blends with decor.
This isn't disclosed until you've unpackaged it, set it up and are within the app when that page pops up.
Competitiveness
There is another very similar looking product by this company that does have wifi, but it’s not this one.
If i had to buy another one i would explore other brands.

In the beginning i was paranoid that my babies would not be fed appropriately or that they would not know the food was in the bowl

My only issue with portion control is i feel like 3 portions is a bit too much and 2 portions is not quite enough

I like that you can tell if it is on battery power or electricity and you can tell how much battery is left with just a glance

You do need to follow the instructions to tilt it just a little to one side to get equal distributions but it is just a tiny tilt

The lid is very snug and even if they knocked it over i dont think it would spill

The time delay on the settings button is good because the cats do not know how to hold the button
