Great function, light sound, great for my cats health, and very durable!
It is easy to clean and maintain and it holds a surprisingly good amount of water.
About a year and a half into owning my first one, the pump started crapping out on me.
I've had one of these for about 2 years now, and i put it in the dishwasher and it misshaped it.
Price
The filters that you use are fairly inexpensive.
Obviously a little spendy, but worth it.
Competitiveness
The water flow is great and the pump is by far the best one i’ve had yet out of any other brand of fountain.
I find that these are better than the cheaper alternatives.
Other brands/models don’t have this feature and i can’t tell you how much time it saves.

I bought this cat water fountain about 8 months ago along with a different brandstyle

The pump has a minimum number of pieces to disassembleclean and the fountain base has an indention for the pump placement

The stainless steel bowl really does cut down on debrisgunk in the drinking water and the large filter covers almost the entire unit

There are only a few things i would change i would make the overall unit a bit bigger

There is a channel that the dry side of the pump cord runs through

To separate the pump from the base you have to run the entire cord through the channel
