Pros

Small vents on the back of the porch to let fresh air in, but it doesn't rain in. Dried everything and then duct taped all around the seams and no more leaks! Rain and snow proof.

Pookie is a small chihuahua about 7 lbs. Our grandpup likes to visit also. Puppy loves it.

Easy peasy. But i wish the top affixed securely to the bottom.

Price is great for the quality! These are perfect!

Cons

I am very disappointed that it gets soaking wet inside when it rains. Petmate totally misrepresents this product. Very poor design execution. Would never buy again.

The lid/roof is too wide- it wont snap shut. The material is hard plastic, and the top piece and bottom piece are supposed to snap to gather. You shouldn't have to rig it to make it work, that is just poor workmanship.

It is sturdy and it looks warm for outside.

This might not be a good option if the house is going to be directly out in the elements without a covering as it might get water in it.

I lined it with foil insulation, placed a sheet of cardboard on the bottom and installed an outdoor pet heating pad.

An inexpensive, high quality, solidly built, easy to assemble outdoor cat house.
